Regulated European bitcoin exchange Bitstamp has announced that new trading pairs for ethereum will be launched next week. Starting from August 17, ethereum will be available for trading with USD, EUR, and BTC.

The exchange said it will waive trading fees for those pairs until October 1. It will continue to offer discounts through the end of the year.

Ether recently hit a new high of $300. After reaching an all-time high of $420 in June, it has been roughly a month since ethereum touched the $300 mark.

The exchange also released a new pricing structure for its markets, which unifies the fees it assesses among its trading pairs. The decision to do so comes in the wake of the trading pairs they have added and in preparation for the continued expansion of its trading portfolio.

“Rather than having a separate fee schedule for each trading pair we support, it makes sense to unify our fees and pass on the benefits to our customers: simple, straight-forward and competitive pricing,” said Bitstamp.
