Blockchain’s Boardwalktech Adds Charlie Glavin As CFO

Blockchain developer Boardwalktech Software Corp.has added industry veteran Charlie Glavin as chief financial officer. Glavin has more than 25 years of progressive experience working with both public and private companies in the technology, renewable, and communications markets.

In addition, and in connection with its recent listing as a public issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange, the company announced a new board of directors, including Andrew T. Duncan (CEO and chairman), co-founder Ravi (Ganesh) KrishnanMichael BraunCharlie Glavin, and Steven Parry. Duncan, Krishnan, and Braun were directors of Boardwalktech prior to the business combination.

Glavin was most recently CFO of TSX-listed ViXS Systems, leading a successful turnaround and eventual stock acquisition by Pixelworks for a 76% premium in 2017. Previously, he was director / CFO for Phoenix Biomass Energy and solar-focused MP2 Capital.

Glavin earned his Masters in Business Administration from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and a bachelors degree in Economics from Bucknell University, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
