Blockchain’s Cypherium Adds Key Marketing Executives To Teambr>
Cypherium the blockchain that solves governance disputes by using proof-of-work, has hired two marketing executives to help lead the next phase of its roadmap.
Javier Farfan, Cypherium’s chief marketing officer, previously held senior marketing roles at Verizon, PepsiCo, and Microsoft. Farfan will guide Cypherium’s marketing efforts as the company develops a revolutionary blockchain aimed at bringing cryptocurrency mainstream.
John Scianna, Cypherium’s director of marketing, joins the company from Qtum, where he helped grow the product of two top-20 cryptocurrencies. Scianna is one of the blockchain industry’s most experienced marketers, with prior experience at BitSE, Bitwage, and CoinPip.

By combining consensus mechanisms, Cypherium allows participants to actively adjust the blockchain’s protocol without compromising decentralization or security. Cypherium will use its cypher token, CPH, to execute secured transactions on the blockchain, and give users access to a more complex set of smart contract functions, such as sophisticated decentralized apps and implementing deferred payments.
