Acacia Research Adds Joe Davis, Paul Falzone To Advisory Boardbr>
Acacia Research Corporation, which specializes in patent licensing for blockchain, artificial intelligence and robotics projects, has added Joe Davis of ETONIEN and Paul Falzone of Manifest Investment Partners as independent directors for its board of advisors.
Davis will stand for election as a Class I director at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and Falzone will stand for election as a Class II director at the 2020 Annual Meeting. In addition, Davis will serve on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee, while Falzone will serve on the Compensation Committee and the recently created Strategic Review Committee.
