AmaZix Teams with CrowdfundX For Security Token Boosterismbr>
Community engagement firm AmaZix has partnered with FinTech marketing company CrowdfundX (CfX) to bring Security Token Offerings (STOs) into the mainstream.
As utility tokens have struggled to gain legitimacy and recognition in the market and undergo increasing regulatory scrutiny, security tokens are on the rise. Given their compliance and accreditation in the digital asset industry, digital securities, including STOs, Regulation A+ (Reg A+), and IPOs may be the next ‘megatrend’ to combat the utility token problems. STOs are expected by some analysts to rival Reg A+ and IPOs, with an estimated market of $10 trillion securities by 2020.
CrowdfundX uses insights gained from prior offerings to execute successful and compliant tokenization. AmaZix will work with investors to encourage support of the STOs.
Darren Marbel, CEO at CrowdfundX said investors want a simple process. “It wants digital assets that are blockchain-based and are compliant with federal securities law. At the same time, companies also want a compliant way to raise capital. We believe that our expertise allows us to fill a huge gap in STO advisory for companies, while our strategic partnership with AmaZix puts us into meaningful reach with investors who want in on the next big thing.”
Jonas Karlberg, CEO at AmaZix said that while ICOs will still represent an important tool for blockchain startups, “There is a growing acceptance that along with legitimization and recognition for the underlying blockchain technology, cryptocurrency must be able to deal with regulations and compliance. STOs will be inherently more difficult, costlier and more time-consuming to launch, but CrowdfundX have an impeccable understanding of the market and AmaZix are proud to have sealed this cooperation with such capable partners.”
