Blockchain Travel Rewards Platform KeyoCoin Adds Sheri Kaiserman To Advisorsbr>
Technology startup KeyoCoin has added Sheri Kaiserman to its ranks as a blockchain advisor.
Dubbed ‘Wall Street’s Bitcoin pioneer’ by Bloomberg for granting permission to publish the first Wall Street analysis of bitcoin’s value back in 2013, Sheri left Wedbush in 2018 to found Maco.la, an investment fund and advisory firm that is actively supporting blockchain startups to realize their full potential.
Kaiserman joins KeyoCoin’s advisory team as it prepares to launch a universal travel rewards token which will incentivize travelers to get more from their travel experiences, and arm independent travel businesses with the tools they need to attract and reward customers.
KeyoCoin’s advisory team already features Rick Savage, head of social media for Apple Music, Beats 1 & iTunes; Federico Pistono, head of blockchain for Hyperloop and an early ethereum investor; Layla Revis, VP at Oracle; Tamara Camp, former VP at Live Nation and marketing director at Ticketmaster; and Marat Gaziev, SEO director at IGN.
“Sheri’s enthusiasm for blockchain technology and startups has been a shining light in the sector ever since she made the bold decision to publicly analyze bitcoin during its early years,” said Matt Baer, CEO and founder of KeyoCoin. “It was that foresight, paired with an excitement for the radical new world of decentralization and disintermediation promised by blockchain technology that has made Sheri one of the most influential figures in this space, and we’re very happy to be welcoming her as the latest addition to the KeyoCoin team.”
“I am thrilled to be involved with Matt Baer and the impressive KeyoCoin team. They have built a well-designed app that has the potential to be a game changer for the travel industry,” Kaiserman said.
