Cloud Solution For Launching Crypto Exchanges Announced By Binance

Crypto exchange Binance has announced the launch of an infrastructure solution for customers and partners to launch digital asset exchanges.

Called Binance Cloud, the exchange-specific cloud solution aims to help users, developers and traders launch their own digital asset trading platforms using Binance’s technology, security and liquidity. The solution will mirror core functionalities of the Binance global exchange, ranging from its robust matching engine, trading risk controls and big data security system, to the market depth and liquidity previously only available on Binance.com.

“Binance Cloud provides partners and customers with a means to efficiently set up a digital asset trading platform in their local markets, with features that include spot market and futures trading, as well as local bank API integrations and peer-to-peer (P2P) fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchange services. With more features launching soon, the Binance cloud solution allows a wide range of institutions to launch a platform that offers global payment and cryptocurrency trading capabilities, while also allowing for brand customization and features control.”

Changpeng Zhao, CEO of Binance, said that Binance Cloud is part of Binance’s Open Platform initiative to enable more crypto access globally, adding that the solution will support customers and global partners with a complete turn-key exchange platform solution, consolidating the new financial infrastructure to an open platform based on blockchain technology.

“With these initiatives focused on opening access to Binance’s technology and resources as an infrastructure provider, we aim to limit the technical challenges for platforms and partners, allowing them to focus on their users and local fiat access and accelerate the global adoption of crypto,” said Zhao.

Binance Cloud will reportedly feature an easy-to-use dashboard that will allow customers to manage funds, trading pairs and coin listings, as well as multilingual support, depth-sharing with the Binance.com global exchange, and more opportunities to collaborate with the ecosystem. In the near future, Binance Cloud will add more features including staking and OTC (over-the-counter) trading services, as well as token launch capabilities via an IEO (initial exchange offering) platform. The first major digital asset exchange fully powered by Binance Cloud will launch in early March 2020.
