Crypto Exchange VCTRADE Now Accepts Deposits In Bitcoin, Ethereum And XRPbr>
Japanese crypto exchange VCTRADE has started accepting bitcoin (BTC), ethereum (ETH) and Ripple (XRP) deposits from other crypto exchange wallets.
Launched earlier this year by Japanese financial services giant SBI Holdings, VCTRADE is one of the 16 government-approved crypto exchanges in Japan. It recently partnered with blockchain security startup Sepior ApS to develop a proprietary wallet to secure online content and transactions on the platform.
After integrating Sepor’s technology, which allows faster signing of transactions involving multiple parties, VCTRADE implemented deposits in the three cryptocurrencies on December 21. The exchange is also considering adding Bitcoin Cash (BCH) deposits after further evaluation of the cryptocurrency.
“We will receive XRP (XRP), Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) from the virtual currency handled by the company from wallet of another virtual currency exchange trader,” the company said.
According to the company, the cryptocurrency withdrawal feature will be enabled by late January 2019, and will be limited to a hardware wallet that the company refers to as “designated wallet.”
“We plan to start sending this virtual currency sending service as soon as preparation is completed from late January 2019,” the exchange said. “Information on designated wallet (how to obtain, notes on use etc.) will be provided from time to time on the website of our company or our affiliated company.”
