The market awoke today, making a strong move up in the top ten coins, led by XRP’s 14 percent gains on news of its new payments system.
At mid-morning, bitcoin sat at the $6,400 mark, up about 1.5 percent. Ether showed a similar gain, maintaining at $211, while Bitcoin Cash neared the two percent mark.
Further down the list, it was all green arrows, with Cardano particularly robust, gaining more than six percent. The coin has been bolstered lately by news of its parent company’s acquisition of blockchain startup Chain.
