The world’s first feature-length feature film “Satoshi’s Last Will” has started its crowdfunding campaign through Max Keiser’s Startjoin.com.

Crowdfunding for the world’s first feature-length fiction film set in world ruled by Bitcoin and blockchain technology started on August 25th.

“There are several good documentaries about Bitcoin. But not many people watch documentaries. In order to have a significant impact on mainstream culture, one has to tell a compelling story that fascinates people,” said film’s producer Aaron Koenig from Bitfilm.

The crowdfunding campaign will be supported by Max Keiser’s new platform Startjoin.com, which accepts several digital currencies as well as fiat money via PayPal.

The first round of crowdfunding of $80,000 dollars will be used for finishing the script, for casting and for production design. The total estimated budget of the film is 2 million dollars.
