Investoo Group has acquired German cryptocurrency portal Bitcoinmag.de. The acquisition follows a GBP 7.5 million credit line secured in October, which is designed to facilitate Investoo’s aggressive growth strategy. The company has acquired several businesses this year, including invezz.com and 100forexbrokers.com.
