SEC Bids Farewell To Jeffrey Minton, Chief Counsel In Accounting Office
Jeffrey Minton, Office of the Chief Accountant (OCA)’s Chief Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission, will be retiring from the agency next month after more than 20 years of service.
The Office of the Chief Accountant is responsible for accounting and auditing matters arising in the Commission’s administration of the federal securities laws,
