Walmart, Unilever, Nestle Back Blockchain Food Coalition
A coalition of food giants led by massive retailer Walmart is exploring how to create a blockchain that will monitor their food supply chains.
The coalition includes such huge food purveyors as Unilever, Nestle, Kroger, McCormick and Company, McLane Company, Driscoll’s, Tyson Foods, Golden State Foods and Dole to trace the provenance of everything from chicken to chocolate. Read more »
