Crypto wallet provider Blockchain has introduced a new platform targeted at institutions, family offices, and individual investors.
Called Blockchain Principal Strategies (BPS), the platform aims to provide the institutional market with “unparalleled and tailored access to markets, research and services on the most trusted digital asset platform worldwide.”
Crypto wallet provider Blockchain will be opening a new office in San Francisco after acquiring Bay Area software company Tsukemen. This will be the fourth office across the globe for the company and the second in the United States.

Blockchain CEO Peter Smith has predicted that one of the world’s major governments will issue its own digital currency within the next years.
Interviewed on the This Week in Startups show, Smith told host Jason Calacanis that a “Top 30” government will take the crucial step and create a currency.
