Slync, a blockchain workflow automation/collaboration platform, has announced some key executive changes. Samuel Israel, the former regional CEO of DHL Global Forwarding, has moved from an advisory role into a full-time leadership position as president of Slync International.

Slync, an enterprise blockchain platform for the shipping, logistics and supply chain industries, has appointed Samuel Israel to its advisory board. As a regional CEO, Israel led DHL Global Forwarding for more than 10 years, where he built a multibillion-dollar logistics organization in Latin America.
Slync has added international supply chain expert Thomas Wrobleski to its board of directors. Wrobleski, formally the EVP of Global Strategic Accounts at Chainalytics, brings extensive supply chain and large-scale business transformation experience to his new role.
“The incredible complexity inherent in today’s international shipping industry makes the market ripe for disruption,” said Wrobleski.
