The NEM Foundation has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) Ministry of Community Development (MOCD) to provide blockchain consultancy and services.
The NEM Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in Singapore with members across the globe.
