Self-service e-payment terminal company ZebraPay  will soon start accepting Ether and VEROS in its kiosks.

The Bucharest, Romania-based ZebraPay claims it has 2500 kiosks at 350 locations in Romania. Previously, bitcoin was the only digital currency available at the kiosks. VEROS and ether will be available starting next week, the company said.

ZebraPay CEO Adrian Badea said the increase in the cryptocurrencies portfolio will increase accessibility for customers. “The new cryptocurrencies that we introduced, VEROS and Ether, will bring the Romanian customers a step closer to the international trends,” he said.

Customers currently use ZebraPay’s system to pay bills, recharge pre-paid phone cards, make online payments, acquire tickets, or obtain subscriptions to various magazines. The company has a partnership with Netherlands-based Coinzone, a digital currency exchange that handles mobile and online payment platforms.
