Rathi joins AlphaPoint after 15 years of experience in capital markets and electronic trading. At CBOE, he led the execution of equity and ETF options business strategy across its four options exchanges, which account for over a third of the industry market share. He joined CBOE after its Bats merger, where he had a critical role in building and growing the Bats Options business as SVP, options business strategy.  Prior to Bats, Rathi held product and technology leadership roles at the International Securities Exchange (ISE), New York Stock Exchange, and AT&T.
