Bitcoin And Other Cryptocurrencies Showing Some Green Shootsbr>
Bitcoin and the rest of the top ten cryptocurrency markets had a blip of a rally today, with several coins showing incremental gains that halted the general downward trend of the last few days.
At mid-morning, bitcoin was sitting at the $6,500 level, a slightly less than one percent gain. Volume was way down on the day, indicating either uncertainty or a market distracted by the final days of summer in the northern hemisphere.
The rest of the top ten coins gained or lost under one percent. The weekend may wake up a few day-traders, so expect some movement in the short-term.
