Blockstream Hires Samson Mow as CSO
Blockchain infrastructure company Blockstream has hired Samson Mow as its new chief strategy officer.
Mow is the former COO of BTCC, a China-based digital currency exchange. During his time at BTCC, Mow was involved with the organization process for the Scaling Bitcoin workshops, of which Blockstream is a key sponsor.
“Samson’s skills and experience are exceptionally complementary to Blockstream, leveraging both his deep bitcoin and startup expertise,” said Blockstream CEO Dr. Adam Back. “As we accelerate and shift to the launch and marketing of our enterprise and consumer products, Samson will be undertaking a number of immediate strategic initiatives, including the establishment of Blockstream offices in China and Canada.”
With Mow’s addition, Blockstream will continue to bring more cryptographic innovations to the market and expand its global reach.
