Crypto Markets At A Virtual Standstill, As Wary Investors Wait For What’s Next

Investing, News | October 26, 2018 By:

Once again, the cryptocurrency markets are relatively calm today, with tiny movements in price the watchword up and down the top ten coins.

Bitcoin was squatting at the $6,400 level, virtually at a standstill over the last 24 hours. Volume was extremely light, indicating an investor base that wasn’t particularly motivated to do much.

The rest of the top ten coins were equally stuck in the mud, moving a few tenths and mostly down slightly in price. The outlier was Stellar, which dropped almost two percent, a continuing erosion from last week’s price rally.
