eGifter now allows Dunkin Donuts customers to buy prepaid cards with bitcoin

eGifter has recently added Dunkin’ Donuts, allowing customers to effectively pay with bitcoin using eGifter online gift cards.

“The card was on our wish list since our first day in business. Many of the eGifter team members start every day with Dunkin coffee, also referred to around here as startup fuel. Those cups in our hands were a constant reminder that we wanted this card, so we are quite excited to finally be able to offer it to our members,” said eGifter CEO Tyler Roye.

Roye also said that while other company gift cards let users to purchase from major outlets, eGifter has a distinct feature that allows card owners to buy the exact amount. For instance, should a customer purchase a pie and a beverage for $5.83, they can purchase a $5.83 gift card and have no balance left over. And through the use of bitcoin, they can save 3 percent.

eGifter is a service that accepts bitcoin payments for gift cards.
