Elysium Technology Group has teamed with Swiss-based FinTech firm Cryptalgo to introduce cryptocurrency trading solutions to financial institutions.

Founded in 2007, Elysium was created by a team of financial services veterans and brings together technologists and leaders from the financial services and alternative investment industries. It provides real-time business transformation solutions to the investment management and financial services industry.

Cryptalgo is building a global cryptocurrency trading platform that aims to facilitate the maturity of the crypto market and enable financial institutions to enter using the trading tools they require. In addition, Cryptalgo has developed its ‘Galaxy’ backbone infrastructure which connects global cryptocurrency exchanges and consolidates liquidity to offer financial institutions with solutions such as “best price” and “best execution.”

The companies will work together to deliver a unique and comprehensive cryptotrading solution to Elysium’s clients, who currently trade $500 billion to $1 trillion of forex and futures every month through Elysium’s platform.

Andrew Siciliano, Chairman of Elysium Technology Group, said that in forex trading, money-making opportunities come and go very quickly. They believe this will be the same in cryptocurrency trading, and thus their mission is to build cryptocurrency trading functionality into the company’s one-stop-shop platform and to integrate swift and best-execution capabilities.
