Investors Seek Recovery of Over $1.5M in Federal Complaint Against Crypto Operators
On Monday, July 6, 2026, Jack Corradino, Gina Corradino Hanley, and JCP Enterprises 1 LLC filed a complaint in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey against German Shestakov, Gennadiy Shestakov, Stanislav Shestakov, Rudolf Yagudayev, Eugene Migirov, and several associated companies. The lawsuit alleges a fraudulent scheme involving cryptocurrency investments that resulted in losses exceeding $1.5 million for the plaintiffs.
The complaint, filed by attorneys from Brach Eichler LLC, details a complex operation orchestrated by the defendants, who allegedly solicited investments by promising substantial returns and exponential growth through various crypto companies, including FlexFills LLC, FF Digital Ltd., Fehu Capital LLC, and Trade Flow Technologies, Inc. Plaintiffs claim that these companies were instead designed to be looted by the individual defendants, with investor funds being siphoned off for personal benefit.
According to the allegations, Jack Corradino initially invested in SHBC (later rebranded as Fehu) around June 2022, after being introduced to the investment opportunities by Peter Polombo, an acquaintance. This initial investment of $500,000 was followed by further substantial investments in FlexFills and FF Digital, totaling millions of dollars across several entities. The complaint asserts that the defendants made material misrepresentations and omissions regarding the financial health and operational integrity of these companies.
Key to the plaintiffs' claims are allegations that the defendants concealed critical information, such as the lack of internal controls, a documented history of misappropriating funds by German Shestakov, and the precarious financial state of the companies, including liquidity crises. The lawsuit also details how funds invested in one company were allegedly used to cover the debts and expenses of others, a practice described as "looting" and "misappropriation."
The complaint further outlines a series of events, including the alleged discovery of significant discrepancies and fraudulent activity by Rudolf Yagudayev, who was himself involved in the operations of these companies. Yagudayev's own lawsuit against Shestakov, filed in August 2025, is cited as evidence of the internal conflicts and alleged misconduct within the defendants' operations.
The plaintiffs are seeking to recover over $1.5 million in unrecovered investments, along with damages for fraud, civil conspiracy, aiding and abetting fraud, and violations of federal and New Jersey securities laws. The complaint also seeks to pierce the corporate veil of the defendant companies to reach the personal assets of the individual defendants, alleging that the corporate structures were used as a facade for fraudulent activities and to shield personal liability.
Specific claims include common law fraud, civil conspiracy, aiding and abetting fraud, piercing the corporate veil, violations of Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and SEC Rule 10b-5, violations of the New Jersey Uniform Securities Law, control person liability, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and unjust enrichment.
The plaintiffs are demanding a jury trial for all issues and claims.
