Blockchain And Ledger Partner On Lockbox, Hardware Crypto Storage Device
Blockchain, a software provider for cryptocurrency, has partnered with Ledger, the cryptocurrency and blockchain security firm, to create a custom hardware device, Blockchain Lockbox.
The device is exclusively compatible with the Blockchain Wallet. The Blockchain Lockbox offers a hardware and software integration that makes storing crypto offline secure for Blockchain users.
As individuals look to diversify how they manage their crypto assets, using a hardware wallet is an alternative that allows them to store a portion of their crypto offline. The Lockbox offers Blockchain’s nearly 30 million users a tailored end-to-end solution that harnesses Blockchain’s non-custodial software along with Ledger’s expertise in hardware security.

The Blockchain Lockbox is available for pre-orders beginning October 25th with deliveries beginning in mid-November.
