Stratis Adds TumbleBit Elements to New Wallet
br>Blockchain development company Stratis has introduced the Breeze Wallet, which it claims will emphasize Tumblebit’s transactional privacy in the bitcoin space and introduce new privacy features.
TumbleBit is a decentralized trustless mixer that works with bitcoin as an unlinkable payment hub. Its goal is enabling anonymous, off-chain transactions in real time.
The Breeze Wallet will offer a graphic interface and will not require hard or soft development forks. Breeze Wallet incorporates TumbleBit to both bitcoin and the overall Stratis platform. The company has also added some privacy enhancements through its Full Block Secure Payment Validation system.
“The security and the integrity of the system is backed by cryptography, much in the same way that bitcoin is,” said Stratis CEO Chris Trew in a company statement. “The Breeze Wallet…provides an end-to-end privacy solution for bitcoin and Stratis users that works with today’s bitcoin protocol and does not require any forks.”
The implementation of TumbleBit will allegedly speed up and streamline the development of a Stratis full-block SPV TumbleBit wallet, according to the company statement. It will also include a trustless, secure exchange for bitcoin-Stratis pair.
